The Honey Pot Media - Video Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting your video(s) to The Honey Pot Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Rights: Upon submitting your video(s) and accepting either a one-time cash offer or entering into a revenue-sharing agreement, you agree to transfer full and exclusive ownership rights of the submitted video(s) to The Honey Pot Media. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce, edit, and monetize the video in any form or medium, worldwide and in perpetuity.

2. Submission Review: All video submissions will undergo a review process to assess their suitability for purchase or revenue-sharing. The final decision on whether to offer a one-time cash payment or a revenue-sharing agreement will be at the sole discretion of The Honey Pot Media. You will be informed of the offer upon completion of the review process.

3. Offer of Payment:

• One-time Cash Payment: If offered and accepted, a one-time, upfront cash payment will be made in exchange for full rights to the video(s). Once the payment is made, no further compensation will be provided, regardless of the video’s future performance or distribution.

• Revenue Sharing: If offered and accepted, a revenue-sharing model will be established. You will receive an agreed-upon percentage of the earnings generated by the video(s). Earnings will be based on views, advertising revenue, or other monetization strategies employed by The Honey Pot Media. Payments will be made periodically according to the terms specified in the revenue-sharing agreement.

4. No Rights to Post or Share Independently: By agreeing to either a cash payment or revenue-sharing model, you acknowledge that you will no longer have the right to distribute, share, or monetize the video independently on any other platform or medium. Any independent use of the video without express written consent from The Honey Pot Media will be considered a violation of these terms.

5. Revenue Share Minimums: In cases where a revenue-sharing agreement is made, there is no guarantee of immediate earnings. Earnings will depend on the performance of the video, and no payouts will be made until minimum revenue thresholds, as specified in the agreement, have been met.

6. No Obligation to Accept Offers: You are under no obligation to accept an offer presented by The Honey Pot Media. If you decline both the cash and revenue-sharing offers, your video(s) will not be used, and no rights will be transferred.

7. Content Restrictions: By submitting video(s), you confirm that the content is original and does not violate any copyright, intellectual property, or privacy rights. The Honey Pot Media reserves the right to reject any submissions that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate.

8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Honey Pot Media from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the submission, distribution, or use of the video(s).

9. Changes to Terms: The Honey Pot Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to the submission or agreement process.

By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
